Polite Words ( विनम्र शब्द) There is a tradition in English to express thanks and sorry on every small things and using polite phrases. Common Polite words/Phrases are: इंग्लिश मैं हर छोटी छोटी बात पर थैंक्स और सॉरी और शिष्टाचार शब्दों/वाक्यो को बोलने का रिवाज है. प्रचलित शिष्टाचार शब्द/वर्ड्स : Please, Kindly - When you are to ask time, pen or any thing, then you are to use ‘please’ or ‘kindly’. If somebody has asked you and you are giving pen or anything or you are replying, you should say ‘please’ while giving anything. ‘Kindly’ is normally used in writing and for seniors. कृपया (प्लीज, काइंडली) – जब हमे किसी से टाइम पूछना हो या कोई वास्तु मांगनी हो तो ‘कृपया – प्लीज-काइंडली’ कहते है. अगर किसी ने आपसे माँगा और आप वह वास्तु डे रहे हो या जवाब दे रहे हो, तब भी अप्पको ‘प्लीज’ कहना है. ‘काइंडली’ आमतौर पर लिखने मैं और सीनियर्स के लिए इस्तेमाल होता है.
